1. All payments are processed by pre-authorized credit cards or auto draft from checking accounts on the first of the month. Private lessons ($90 per month for weekly 30 minute sessions.) Tuition is never prorated for missed lessons. Tuition does not include any retail teaching materials such as books or instruments. ________. However we do supply initial documentation to our students free of charge.
2. For any lessons missed by a teacher, the Academy will attempt to provide a substitute teacher. If a substitute teacher is unavailable, a private makeup lesson with the teacher will be scheduled promptly. For any lesson missed by a student, the Academy holds a one hour group make up every Saturday. The classes are age and level appropriate and are held between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. To sign up for a makeup class, contact the office and not the instructor for a date and time. ________
3. To discontinue lessons and to discontinue charges to your account, fill out the withdrawal form before the 15th of your last month. We do not prorate tuition for the last month’s lessons Students will be responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend lessons. ________
4. Monthly tuition is based on a 48 week year. We are closed four weeks for holidays. In the long months, you will get five months, short months such as December, you will get three lessons, and most months you will get four lessons. The tuition is the SAME each month; i.e. we don’t charge you more when you have five lessons, and we don’t charge you less when you have three lessons in a month. This makes everyone’s accounting easier. _________
5. The LWMA operates year round and does not close for the summer. We are happy to offer unlimited makeups for our students, and they are held every Saturday. If you are taking a month off for vacation and want to resume the next month, your payment is still due on the first of the month to reserve your lesson space. The lessons for the month you miss can be made up when you return from vacation. ________
6. The school is not responsible for providing before or after care for students. Parents with children under the age of eight must remain in the school lobby during the classes. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after their lessons. ________
7. Parents are always allowed to sit in on lessons. We have an open door policy for lessons. ________
8. Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students or their siblings before, during, or after lesson time, including hearing loss or hearing damage. The London Wizdom Music Academy is not responsible for any damage done to vehicles or items stolen from vehicles. __________
9. Children must wait for their parents to pick them up inside the Academy. Please do not ask them to meet you elsewhere. The LWMA assumes no responsibility for children who leave unaccompanied.________

10. With respect to holidays; The Wizdom Academy breaks from lessons for four weeks of the year: Christmas through New Years, the week of March break, May 24 week and Thanksgiving week. This still allows the student 48 weeks of lessons per year, averaging 4 weeks of lessons per 12-month period. Hence, these lessons are not made up.
11. Students are expected to bring all instruction documentation to their lessons. If they fail to do so it will result in slower progress for the student. Any lost materials will be replaced by the student themselves, we will provide the document files as required.
12. The Academy uses its own proprietary curriculum known as The Academy Curriculum. It is important that the student follow this curriculum to ensure the quickest route to their success. Additional books can be purchased through the school if a student wishes to any purchase additional study materials, we will make recommendations as required.
13. The majority of study materials have been produced by The Academy and are protected by copyright. Any copying, transmission, or other usage is expressly forbidden without the approval of Dom Famularo or Karl Sloman of Wizdom Studios.
14. The Academy Curriculum is state of the art and uses the finest technologies and latest methods for its students and is unique in its completeness and comprehensiveness. The curriculum will be updated from time to time to reflect new technology. When this occurs, any new documentation that replaced obsolete documentation (that the student is using at that time) will be replaced free of charge to the student.

17. Equipment will also be available for rental if required. Rental rates are as follows, be advised that some instruments (drum sets) are in short supply and may not be available. Instruments can also be purchased through the school, we will provide advice and our prices are very competative with local prices.

18. Other instruments may be available please inquire to availablilityin each each location.
19. Any damage or routine maintenance required during the rental period is at the cost of the student. Any damage is the responsibility of the student and repair will be at their cost.
